Corbyn challenges PM over private renter evictions
Jeremy Corbyn has said that the prime minister “appears to have gone back on his word” in protecting private renters from eviction.
Speaking at an hour-long PMQs on Wednesday the Labour leader said, “some renters will be getting eviction notices as early as next week”.
Boris Johnson countered that the Government is “making sure that no-fault evictions are no longer legal”.
