'Yogi not listening to PM': Cong on UP CM attending event to shift Ram Lalla idol

The event came hours after PM Modi urged people to avoid gatherings.
The Ram Lalla idol was shifted to a new temporary temple on the first day of Navratri.
Later, Congress hit out at the Uttar Pradesh CM saying that the latter is not listening to the PM.
