Trump Asks South Korea For Medical Equipment

President Donald Trump sent an urgent request to South Korea asking for medical equipment.

According to Reuters, Trump promised to help Korean firms gain U.S. government approval.

In response, South Korea said it would send the equipment to fight the coronavirus if it had any left over.

South Korea reacted differently to the virus than the U.S., quickly rolling out widespread testing and isolating confirmed cases.
