The Veron’s are perhaps the most influential family on a single club in the History of football.
Juan Sebastian’s father, Juan Ramon Veron was a legend for Estudiantes, winning 3 Libertadores and one Intercontinental Cup.
At 31 Veron returned to Estudiantes after a prolific career at Sampdoria, Parma, Inter, Manchester United and Chelsea, and 3 years later, won the Libertadores with his boyhood club in 2009.
Now, Veron is the president of Estudiantes, and has since built the club a new ground, has his son debuting for the youth side, and recently signed Javier Mascherano.
