VARIOUS OF THIBAUT COURTOIS PLAYING MATS HUMMELS IN AN NBA2K GAME ONLINE - COURTOIS IS PLAYING AS THE MILWAUKEE BUCKS AND HUMMELS IS PLAYING AS THE DALLAS MAVERICKS STORY: Thibaut Courtois won his debut NBA2K game on Sunday (March 29) beating Bayern Munich defender Mats Hummels.

Real Madrid and Belgium goalkeeper Courtois has signed up to play a series of NBA esports games featuring European sports stars, celebrities and influencers while the sports calendar is disrupted due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The first game saw Courtois playing as the Milwaukee Bucks against Hummels' Dallas Mavericks with Courtois winning the contest 69-50.

Several sports are turning to the virtual version of their games to try and keep some of their audiences engaged while leagues around the world are suspended.

Formula One is holding a series of virtual grand prix with the first being held on March 22 to replace the Bahrain GP which was scheduled for that day.

MotoGP held its first ePrix on Sunday afternoon with Alex Marquez winning the race.
