Myra could not be with her parents who are currently in the USA's Boston.
The cops made a surprise visit with a cake and sang a birthday song for the toddler.
Hyderabad Police's sweet gesture came after a request from Myra's parents.
India is under a nationwide lockdown till May 3 to stop the spread of Covid-19.
