Family of musicians organise balcony concert for neighbours in Delhi

A family in Delhi’s Rajouri Garden area performed a concert from their balcony on Saturday (May 2) for their neighbours during lockdown.

Musician and music teacher Hitesh Rikki Madan said the idea came from his wife, who runs a music class alongside him.

Son's Ariv, aged 12 plays the guitar and sings, and Advay, aged 11 plays the drums in this uplifting clip.

People in the area can be seen enjoying the balcony concert.

Some residents help up messages on placards and some flashed their mobile lights in support.

So far, Hitesh has organised three balcony concerts since India's lockdown started in late March.
