Social distancing norms went for a toss when migrant labourers lined up for  fitness certificates in Thane.

These certificates are needed for transit passes to travel to their native villages.

The MHA has allowed stranded migrant labourers permission to travel to their villages but cautioned that preventive measures need to be taken.
