Trump reportedly became “lava level mad” upon hearing the news, claiming his staff is not doing enough to protect him from the virus.
It is unknown when the valet — who also serves the president meals — first developed symptoms. A White House official said that this case is the closest the virus is known to have come to the president.
Staffers who come into close contact with the president have said they are regularly tested for the virus.
