Doda encounter: 1 Army jawan lost his life, informs J-K Police

One Indian Army soldier lost his life in Doda encounter between security forces and terrorists on May 17.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Mumtaz Ahmad informed, "We lost our one Army jawan, and he was from 10 RR -Rajput Regiment." In the encounter, the security forces neutralized terrorist Tahir Ahmad Bhat in the encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda on May 17.

Bhat was controlling terror activities in the area after the Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Haroon.
