A dance program was held at a quarantine centre in Bihar's Samastipur.
The video of the program went viral.
According to Samastipur administration, they have not information about it as there was no such arrangement made by the administration.
"People at quarantine centre have been provided with TV for entertainment.
Investigation will be done and action will be taken accordingly," said aadministration official.
