Strict action against DTC driver, conductor, bus marshal if over 20 passengers allowed: Kailash Gahlot

Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot on May 20 said there will be strict action against DTC drivers, conductors and bus marshals if they fail to ensure social distancing inside the buses, and allow more than 20 passengers to travel.

"Drivers, conductors and bus marshals have been strictly instructed to not run buses with more than 20 passengers.

If it comes to surface that they did not follow these directions strong action will be taken against all three," Gahlot told ANI.

Delhi government has allowed DTC buses to run in the national capital with not more than 20 passengers at a time.
