Two men rescue helpless dog trapped on building’s ledge after cyclone Amphan batters India

Two men rescued a dog who had perched itself on a building’s ledge to shelter from cyclone Amphan.

Footage filmed in the Dunlop area of Kolkata on May 21, a day after the super cyclone battered the city, shows two men rescuing the dog who clearly looks afraid to come down.

One of the men, who had climbed up a wall, is seen gently picking up the scared dog before passing it on the other man who is standing below.

The two men are then seen walking through floodwater to take the dog to safety.
