New York Governor Allows Non-Essential Gatherings Of 10 Or Less People

New York Gov.

Andrew Cuomo signed an executive order allowing non-essential gathering of 10 or less people.

According to Business Insider, the state reached its lowest single-day deaths for the first time since late March.

This comes after the New York Civil Liberties Union sued the governor over his order against any public gatherings.

The lawsuit claimed the first order violates the First Amendment.
