The California Department of Motor Vehicles has reopened five field offices, and residents wearing masks waited 6 feet apart in a line that stretched down the sidewalk in Clairemont early Thursday.
As more local DMV offices open around the Bay Area you can expect a much-different experience (and be sure to bring a mask). Kiet Do reports. (5-28-20)
