Police believe the victim was killed by being hit over the head and stabbed as they found two holes on the t-shirt and a deep crack on the skull.

The late man's cheating wife identified the murder victim as her husband, who had been missing since April 30.

She reportedly said: ''My husband caught me cheating on him with his father, so I think this is what caused all the problems. "On the day that my husband went missing, he went out with his father but later on that evening his father came home alone.

Then he made love with me.'' Officers found the body of the son in a sack that was buried in a rubber tree grove, where locals reported a bad smell.

The corpse of the young man had already started to decompose by the time he was found.

He said: "My father approached my sister-in-law after seeing her feeding the baby and they started their affair.

"After my brother caught them together, my father promised to stop it but it didn't end.

This caused them to quarrel all the time." Police said that the father confessed that he had killed his son.

However, the killer claimed that it was self-defence after he was attacked first.

He told police: "My son is a drug addict and it made him aggressive.

''On that day I noticed him drawing a knife and he attempted to stab me, so I had to protect my self otherwise I would be dead.

"Then I put him in a sack and buried him sideways on the way home because I didn' know what to do." Police initially remanded the father in custody then took him to the scene for the a re-enactment on Sunday (May 24).

''The father admitted that he killed his own son but he said it was to defend himself.

We charged him with murder and hiding a body.

''The court will decide if his punishment should be reduced for self-defence or if he planned to murder his son so that he could continue having a relationship with his daughter in law.''
