George Floyd protests: Elderly man violently shoved to the ground by police in Buffalo, New York

Shocking footage shows an elderly man being violently shoved to the ground by police in Buffalo, New York.

Blood can be seen running out the 75-year-old man’s ears after his head hit the pavement.

The incident happened shortly after a curfew imposed to curb violent protests came into effect.

Two Buffalo police officers have been suspended without pay following the episode.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo tweeted the incident was “wholly unjustified and utterly disgraceful.” This comes as nationwide protests over the killing of George Floyd continue into their tenth night.
