Pulwama farmers help each other as unavailability of labourers hit paddy season

Due to unavailability of migrant labourers amid the coronavirus pandemic, farmers in J and K's Pulwama have started paddy plantation by themselves.

One of the farmers said, "People of Bihar used to come here during the season of plantation but this year due to lockdown conditions, non-local workers returned back to their hometown, and no one is coming back right now.

Farmers of Pulwama are hopeful that they will get some fruitful income.
