Coronavirus spread has affected funeral processions over fear of transmission while deaths due to the virus are on the rise.

A group has come forward in Bengaluru to take up the task.

Last rites are being done as per the faith of deceased.

Team head Dr Taha Madeen said, "When any hospital gets a COVID death, municipal corporation contacts us.

People are scared of going near bodies of COVID victims."
