The National WOmen’s Soccer League will begin its season after being delayed by the pandemic. According to CNN, the regular season will be shortened into a 30-day tournament called the 2020 NWSL Challenge Cup. The tournament set in Herriman, Utah without any fans begins June 27 and will end July 26. Megan Rapinoe and Carli Lloyd both chose to not participate in the tournament. Orlando Pride has entirely opted out of the tournament because of players and staff members testing positive.
(CNN) A wildfire threatening homes in Utah was sparked by someone setting off fireworks, Utah Fire Info said early Sunday. The Traverse Fire was burning in the area of Traverse Mountain near the city of Lehi, fire officials said. About 30 homes were already evacuated and evacuation orders are expanding, Utah Fire Info said. Multiple power outages are reported in the area of the fire, the Utah Division of Emergency Management said on Twitter.

The inauguration was done by U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun and Ambassador of India to the United States Taranjit Singh Sandhu. The statue, which is across the road from the Indian Embassy, was vandalised with graffiti and spray painting in June during nationwide protests against the custodial killing of African-American George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25.
