Footage from a Los Angeles police officerโs body camera shows a man with his hands up being shot in the head with a tactical round as officers advanced on a crowd of protesters in late May.
A 33-year-old Denton man wanted in a fatal shooting earlier this month in Caroline County was arrested Thursday morning in New Jersey, Maryland State Police said.
