Amid hard times brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, one sight is putting a smile on people’s faces in Portugal - dolphins splashing around near Lisbon’s shores.
The pandemic has seemed to make things that were old new again, and that’s the case for dolphins returning to Portugal’s capital city. Buzz60’s Justin Kircher has the story.
