River Brahmaputra crosses danger mark in Assam

River Brahmaputra crossed the danger mark on July 11 leading to the growth of water streams. Huge discharge of water from the river has engulfed multiple villages of Dibrugarh.

In order to increase the height of Ring dam, locals placed sand bags to stop the heavy flow of water.

Chances of flood in Dibrugarh have also been increased.
