India-China border issue: Disengagement, de-escalation commenced, says EAM Jaishankar at 'India Global Week 2020'

Union Minister for External Affairs, S Jaishankar attended 'India Global Week 2020' through video conferencing where he spoke on India-China border issue.

Jaishankar said, "We have agreed on the need to disengage because troops are deployed very close to each other.

Disengagement and de-escalation process has been agreed and it has just commenced.

It is very much a work in progress".
