3 terrorists killed in Sopore encounter linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba: Baramulla DIG

Incriminating materials including huge cache of arms and ammunition were recovered during Sopore encounter on July 12.

While briefing about the encounter, Mohammad Suleman Choudhary, DIG of Baramulla said, "Three terrorists linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba have been killed in intervening night of July 11-12 in an encounter in Sopore.

Arms and ammunition which have been seized from them shows that they were planning a big attack.

Further investigation is underway".
