The Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren commented on the next generation electricity power reforms and said that it's is a conspiracy to unsteady the non - Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) states. He also asserted that these kind of reforms will going to damage the country's federal system. While reacting on proposed Electricity (Amendment) Bill 2020, CM Soren said, "Central government's electricity power reforms is seems like a conspiracy to unsteady the non -BJP states, we have to observe these reforms in details, is these reforms damaging the federal system of our country." The minister made this statement after the video conferencing with Union Power and Renewable Energy Minister Raj Kumar Singh on July 03 in Ranchi. The Chief Minister also opposed the move to privatise railway operations.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren participated in the video conferencing on the proposed Electricity (Amendment) Bill -2020 by the MoS of Power, RK Singh along with the other State Electricity Ministers and Chief Ministers. Chief Minister raised objections on amendment bill. Chief Minister also raised the issues of power distribution in parts of Jharkhand and DVC. "The proposed draft should ensure that the interests of backward states are protected," he added.
Sushant Singh Rajput family's lawyer, Vikas Singh said that Supreme Court should give directions to Mumbai Police that they should help CBI in the investigation. He said, "Since Supreme Court has listened to lengthy arguments in the matter, I want that it should comment that the case has rightly gone to CBI. The Court should give directions that Mumbai Police should help CBI in the investigation. We have already stated in the written submission that Patna Police has the jurisdiction. The taking over the case by the CBI is accordance of the law. Let's hope. We are expecting the judgment to come very soon."
As the probe into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput intensifies, now the lawyer representing the deceased actor's family has hit out at Siddharth Pithani. The lawyer said that Pithani, who was the late actor's flatmate, is an intelligent criminal and accused him of helping Rhea Chakraborty. 'What he did was, until an FIR was registered by the family he was talking to them regularly and trying to help them. The moment the FIR was registered, he started helping Rhea,' the lawyer alleged. He further said that Pithani has been writing e-mails to Rhea Chakraborty even though she's an accused and added that this shows complicity between Rhea and Pithani. 'It is only upon custodial interrogation that the real truth will come out,' Vikas Singh added. Pithani had also been questioned by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the money laundering case based on the FIR filed by Sushant's father. Meanwhile, Sushant's relative sent a legal notice to Sena leader Sanjay Raut for his remarks about the late actor's relationship with his father. Watch this video for all the details.

Sushant Singh Rajput's sister Mitu Singh left from Enforcement Directorate (ED) office on August 11. She was questioned in connection with a case related to the death of the actor. Shruti Modi, the former business manager of Sushant Singh Rajput, also appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Mumbai. Rajput was found hanging at his Mumbai residence in June 14.

He said, "I am very sad that Shiv Sena is saying something like this. On Rhea Chakraborty's plea in Supreme Court on media trial, Vikas Singh said that if media wants to get to the truth how can anybody say that free speech should be curtailed? "When Mumbai Police called people from Bollywood and it was reported, she didn't have problems. Only when media trial is coming to the truth she has problems," he added.
Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut commented on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case probe on August 09. He believes that a conspiracy is being brewed against the Maharashtra government. "The kind of politics being done in Bihar and Delhi over Sushant Singh Rajput's death, I believe a conspiracy is being hatched against Maharashtra government. Mumbai Police is a capable force and is trying its best to bring out the truth," Raut said.
