A car carrying unassembled explosive materials was found abandoned at Carmichael Road in South Mumbai on Thursday evening, near the house of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani. Bomb squad and police teams have rushed to the site and a probe is underway. Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said, "A car carrying Gelatin has been found near Mukesh Ambani's residence in Mumbai today. Mumbai Police Crime Branch is investigating the whole matter." According to Mumbai Police, the vehicle was examined by a Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS), and gelatin, a substance often used to make explosives was recovered from it. Further investigation is underway.

The streets in Maharashtra's Amravati wore a deserted look on February 23. The night curfew will continue till in the district till 6:00 am of March 01 to curb the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. As the vaccination drive has already been kicked off in the Himalayan nation, the inoculation drive for elderly and most vulnerable age groups will commence from next month. Nepal has received the first batch of one million COVISHIELD Vaccine developed by Serum Institute of India on Sunday via Air India flight. The vaccines would be used to inoculate people above 60 years of age, which is 8.73 per cent of Nepal's population, in the vaccination drive that will begin on March 7. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there are 2,652,258 elderly people above 60 years in the country. On January 21st 2021, Nepal had received a total of One Million COVISHIELD Vaccine from India under grant assistance.
