Locals carry patient on 'make-shift' bed in J-K's Doda
Locals in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, carried a patient on a make-shift bed to bring him to the hospital.
The patient hailing from Banshala village of Gunda was serious and due to absence of roads, he couldn't avail the ambulance.
One of the locals said, "It has been 5-6 years since we have been demanding for road construction."
