Last year year Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli were charged in the college admissions cheating scandal for paying $500,000.

Now, ELLE reports that they each face jail time in the case.

Mossimo will go to prison for five months and face 2 years of supervised release.

Lori will go to prison for 2 months and face two years of supervised release.

A source told E!

That Lori and Mossimo "are terrified about going to jail" because of the ongoing spread of COVID-19 within the prison systems. Their daughters Olivia, 20, and Bella, 21, are legitimately concerned for their parents.

E!'s source said the girls are "worried." Bella and Olivia "hate to see them so upset." "Everyone is on edge and just trying to hold it together and stay strong."
