Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan had talked to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over flood situation in the state.

The CM said that rescue operations are going on.

He also urged people to leave the flooded area and move to safer places.

He said, "No need to worry, rescue teams are on ground."
