Hoops season tips off November 25th

Despite the coronavirus pandemic its looking more and more like we're going to have a college basketball season this year... the ncaa division one council announced wednesday the men's and women's 2020-2021 season can tipoff november 25th... that's just over two weeks later than normal....no exhibition or scrimmages can be held before that date, which is the day before thanksgiving.... the d-1 council also recommended teams play at least four non-conference games to go along with the conference schedule.... full preseason practices can start october 14th....with schools allowed 30 practices over the 42 days before the start of
