HAS BEEN AVOIDED THIS MORNING.THE U-S HOUSE OFREPRESENTATIVES PASSED TCONTINUING RESOLUTION.IT WILL FUND THE GOVERNMENTUNTIL DECEMBER 11TH, AVOIDINGA SHUTDOWN BEFORE THE NOVEMBERELECTION.

THE BILL WILL NOW BESENT TO THE U-S SENATE FORVOTE.

AN IDENTICAL VERSIONMUST BE PASSED THERE BEFORE ITCAN BE SIGNED BY TPRESID
