This comes in the wake of former Mumbai Police chief Param Bir Singh's corruption allegation against State Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and Sachin Waze episode. “I submitted a memorandum of demand to President Ram Nath Kovind. I urged President Kovind to impose President's rule in Maharashtra. President Kovind told me that he would think over my demand,” he said.
