Best Bites: Fully Loaded Potato Soup
Potatoes will always be cheap as cheap gets so why not make a soup out of them.
With potatoes being so cheap it gives you the opportunity to spend a little extra on toppings or just stash that cash away for a rainy day.
Meaty potatoes, smokey cheese, salty cheese and a kiss of freshness with the green onions sprinkled on top will keep everyone coming back for more.
Did I also mention that you can toss everything in the slow cooker and walk away until dinner time rolls around!
