Congress releases manifesto for upcoming MP Assembly by-elections

Congress party released its manifesto for the upcoming by-election to the legislative assembly of Madhya Pradesh on October 17.

Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath, Digvijaya Singh and other leaders of the party were present.

By-polls will be held in the state on November 03 to fill 28 seats in the Legislative Assembly.
