UP Police register case against NISHAD Party MLA for allegedly raping woman

The Uttar Pradesh Police has registered a case against NISHAD Party MLA Vijay Mishra, his son and one other person for allegedly raping a woman.

"The victim has said that in 2014, Mishra called her to his house for a programme, where he raped her and threatened to kill her if she ever spoke up about the incident," informed Ram Badan Singh, SP, Bhadohi (UP).
