Two georgia teens are chasing the highest honor a scout can achieve---to become eagle scouts.

Halen and her friend, betsy, started 19 months ago when the c1 3 boy scouts of america became scouts, b-s-a, and allowed girls to join separate troops.

For most kids---it takes four to five years to accomplish what these girls have done at 13..

Halen and betsy have each earned more than two dozen merit badges.

And they'll be part of the very first all girls eagle class.

The photos were found on the side of the road...and the only useful lead were notes on the back of the pictures referencing the state.

They were family photos of japanese-american plantation workers on hawaii's big island.

The king county sheriff's office in washington posted it them on social media..

And one family in hawaii spoke up!

Sylvia kop says its a wedding photo..of her father taken in 19-24.

He was just four when it was taken.

It's not the only copy.

There's about 30 photos like this.

But kop doesn't know who lost it.

Kop and her daughters say thanks to the post they're meeting distant relatives.

If nobody claims the photos..they will be shipped to the family.
