Ballabhgarh case: Locals block National Highway 2, demand justice
Locals in Ballabhgarh blocked National Highway 2, demanding justice for the 21-year-old woman who was murdered on October 26.
A 'mahapanchayat' was called by people of 36 communities in Ballabhgarh today over the murder of the woman.
According to police, the incident happened when the woman went to write her college exam.
Two accused have been arrested in the incident.
