Introduced to support domestic violence victims, the codeword programme was introduced by the Government in mid-January to help victims access much needed support from thousands of pharmacies across the UK.Ask for ANI allows those at risk or suffering from abuse to discreetly signal that they need help. When a customer asks for ANI, a trained worker will offer a private space where they access support services.
