Actors Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan were spotted at Mumbai airport as they returned from Goa. The two actors had masks on, with Janhvi wearing her face shield as well. Also seen with the actors at the airport was Janhvi's sister, Khushi Kapoor. While Janhvi wore a pair of baggy beige trousers, paired with a white shirt, Kartik was seen in a pair of jeans, t-shirt and a denim jacket. Khushi was seen wearing a pair of torn jeans, a sleeveless t-shirt and a loose-fitting jacket. Earlier this week, fans had shared photos of Janhvi and Kartik enjoying themselves in Goa. The actors were also recently spotted together at Manish Malhotra's new year bash. The duo, rumoured to be seeing each other, are currently working together in Dostana 2. It is a remake of 2008 film starring Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan.

Actor Akshay Kumar celebrated the Army Day with Indian Army soldiers. He took to Instagram and shared a video of him playing volleyball with jawans from the Army. The actor, who took out time to celebrate the day, also flagged off a marathon. The short clip showed Akshay jump and hit the ball amid a thick cloud of mist. Soon, the ball was deftly blocked by his opponent on the other side of the net. Akshay and the rest of the men were dressed in black t-shirts and track bottoms. FIR lodged against director Prakash Jha for allegedly hurting SC-ST sentiments in Aashram. Rajasthan Police said the case has been registered at Luni police station in Jodhpur Rural. Jha, who has also produced the web series, allegedly promoted discrimination against SC-ST. Luni station house officer Sitaram Pawar said a probe into the allegations has begun. "The complaint against web series Aashram has been registered by DR Meghwa. Complainant said people of SC-ST communities have been insulted in the first episode. We have registered the case under relevant sections and further probe is underway," Pawar said. Earlier in December 2020, a Jodhpur court had issued a notice to Jha and actor Bobby Deol. The notice was issued in connection with another case filed against the web series. Aashram is a Hindi crime drama series which also stars Darshan Kumar, Anupriya Goenka.
