A man is suffering from paralysis after being shot in the neck by Israeli forces in the West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the 24-year-old was left quadriplegic.

Israeli forces were attempting to stop Palestinians building a house in southern Hebron.

Israeli military accused the Palestinians of attacking the troops with rocks and have said the incident is being investigated.
