A horrific incident came to light from Jharkhand.

A body of a female medical student was found floating in Patratu Dam on January 12, with her hands and legs tied.

"Body of a medical student with hands, legs tied was found floating in Patratu Dam on January 12.

Prima facie it appears that the body was brought here and dumped in the dam.

We are trying to ascertain the facts," said SDPO Prakash Chandra, Patratu, Ramgarh Dist.
