The Government of India (GoI) has received several requests for the supply of Indian manufactured vaccines from neighbouring and key partner countries.
Guatemala President Alejandro Giammattei thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar for donating 2,00,000 doses of Covishield vaccines. President Alejandro Giammattei said, "I would like to start by thanking Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar for accepting our call for assistance in supply of Covishield vaccines manufactured in India under licensing of Astra Zeneca. It has been a grand surprise for us to know that India rather than selling the vaccines to us, it has immediately donated to us 200 thousand doses that will help to immunise frontline, health workers."

As the vaccination drive has already been kicked off in the Himalayan nation, the inoculation drive for elderly and most vulnerable age groups will commence from next month. Nepal has received the first batch of one million COVISHIELD Vaccine developed by Serum Institute of India on Sunday via Air India flight. The vaccines would be used to inoculate people above 60 years of age, which is 8.73 per cent of Nepal's population, in the vaccination drive that will begin on March 7. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, there are 2,652,258 elderly people above 60 years in the country. On January 21st 2021, Nepal had received a total of One Million COVISHIELD Vaccine from India under grant assistance.

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan on February 27 recorded his statement at the office of Crime Branch in Mumbai in connection with the 2016 complaint in fake email ID case involving Kangana Ranaut. He was summoned by Mumbai Police Crime Branch unit to record his statement regarding the case. Hrithik and Kangana also had a brawl on social media in 2016 when the latter termed Roshan as her "silly ex", following which she got a legal notice from him. Later, Hrithik filed a police complaint alleging someone was impersonating him and sent emails to Kangana between 2013 and 2014.
Hrithik Roshan visited Mumbai Police's Crime Branch office on Saturday to record statement. This is in connection with his 2016 complaint on fake emails in his name to Kangana Ranaut. The actor, who was summoned to appear at 11 am, left his residence in black tee and cap. Hrithik had been asked to visit the Crime Intelligence Unit (CIU) at commissioner's office. Hrithik's complaint alleged that someone was emailing Kangana from a bogus ID in his name. The complaint was followed by a spat between the two Bollywood actors. Hrithik had accused Kangana of harassing him by sending him hundreds of emails. After an initial probe, police concluded that the emails were sent from Kangana's ID. Police had recorded statement of Kangana who denied sending emails to Hrithik. In December last year, Hrithik's lawyer had approached Mumbai police commissioner. The probe was then transferred from Mumbai Police's Cyber Cell to Crime Branch's CIU. Hrithik and Kangana had worked together in Kites (2010) and then Krrish 3 (2013).

West Minister magistrate court in London had pronounced that Nirav Modi be extradited to stand trial in India. Anurag Srivastava said, "They have dismissed his mental health concerns and the judge has observed that Nirav Modi has conspired to destroy evidence and intimidate witnesses. Now since the magistrate court has recommended Nirav Modi's extradition to the UK Home Secretary." The Indian businessman had fled the country in early 2018 as the news of Punjab National Bank scam worth around Rs 14,000 crore surfaced.
