Farmers assemble in Punjab's Tarn Taran ahead of tractor rally on R-Day

Farmers on January 20 assembled at Harike Pattan in Tarn Taran district to head to Delhi, ahead of their proposed tractor rally on Republic Day.

Protesting farmers and their leaders have said that they will take out a massive tractor rally in Delhi on January 26 in protest of the three farm laws.

Farmers have been protesting on different borders of the national capital since November 26 against the three newly enacted farm laws - Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020; the Farmers Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and farm Services Act 2020 and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020.
