But whatever is happening here is cause for severe concern. There is no law and order. I can go on elaborating things that are going against law and order of a peaceful, beautiful state like Kerala." "I ask Chief Minister that is this God's own country or is this CPI (M) violent culture, also spread in West Bengal. You are doing it here for several years. I am afraid to say that God's own country is now gradually becoming Fundamentalists' own country and government isn't worried," she added.

A woman was killed after she was stabbed by a snatcher for resisting attempt in Delhi's Adarsh Nagar area on February 27. Woman was coming home from market when the incident occurred. The victim later died at a hospital. Two persons were arrested in connection with the incident. Accused Fardeen and Akibul are residents of Jahangirpuri area of Delhi. A 25-year-old woman was stabbed to death allegedly by a snatcher in North-West Delhi. Police said a woman was stabbed while she was trying to resist a robbery bid in Adarsh Nagar. The woman was coming home from the market and was holding her child when the incident occurred. A CCTV footage of the Saturday night incident went viral on social media. In a video, two women can be seen walking when a man chasing them snatches the victim's chain. Video shows the woman chasing the man who falls on the road, then stands up and stabs her. Police said that the victim was taken to hospital where she was declared brought dead. FIR has been lodged, 10 police teams have been constituted to investigate the matter.
