Clark is offering to help President Joe Biden with the unprecedented vaccination effort.
Biden has pledged to vaccinate 100 million Americans in his first 100 days in office.
Clark offered Amazon's logistics, communications, and IT expertise in a letter addressed to President Biden.
Clark said: "We are prepared to leverage our operations, information technology, and communications capabilities".
Clark also requested that Amazon's essential workers be eligible to receive the vaccine at the "earliest appropriate time."
