Day-old baby rescued from pit in Rampur

A shocking incident came to light from Uttar Pradesh's Rampur.

A newborn girl was rescued from a pit in Civil Lines Police Station area on January 23.

According to the officials from district hospital, the infant was thrown from a height.

Dr Rajeev Agarwal informed, "It appears that the infant was thrown from a height.

Her medical reports are yet to come.

She was admitted in a very serious condition."
