Bhopal's former mayor Alok Sharma advocated for the renaming of historic Minto Hall as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. According to Sharma, the name reminded of Britishers and should be changed. The former mayor is going to meet Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan regarding the matter.
Union minister Prahalad Patel spoke to Hindustan Times' Deeksha Bhardwaj about the Central government's plans to address the development imbalance between Leh and Kargil. Slamming the makers and actors of 'Tandav', Sakshi Maharaj demanded to ban the web series. "If some actors demean Hindu gods then the film should be banned," he said.
