The event was organised by the National Museum of Modern Art to celebrate 125th birth anniversary of Netaji. Netaji's 125th birth anniversary was celebrated on January 23.
Bhopal's former mayor Alok Sharma advocated for the renaming of historic Minto Hall as Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. According to Sharma, the name reminded of Britishers and should be changed. The former mayor is going to meet Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan regarding the matter.

BJP MP from Unnao Sakshi Maharaj reacted on web series 'Tandav' on which BJP leaders alleged that some scenes are demeaning Hindu gods. Slamming the makers and actors of 'Tandav', Sakshi Maharaj demanded to ban the web series. "If some actors demean Hindu gods then the film should be banned," he said. Recently, BJP MLA Ram Kadam filed a complaint against the creators of 'Tandav', alleging the web series insulted Hindu gods and goddesses.

The Uttar Pradesh police on Friday held a 28-year-old man in connection with the suspected poisoning of the the three minor girls in Unnao of whom 2 have died and one is critical. The accused, Vinay, and a minor aged 15 have been detained.

According to Kanpur's Regency Hospital, Unnao case victim is in stable condition. Hospital PRO Paramjeet Arora said, "She is in stable condition now which is a good thing. Last rites of the two girls who were found dead in their agriculture field on February 17 in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao district were performed on February 19 in Asoha village amid heavy security. A team of Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) also reached the crime spot for investigation.
