In another shocking ruling, the Nagpur bench of the Bombay High Court has said that opening the zip and holding the hand of a minor does not amount tosexual assault but it is sexualharassment.
Justice Pushpa Ganediwal, who's earlier ruling on 'no sexualassault of a minor if no skin to skin contact' had also shocked child rights activists and the public at large.
